Private Boat Tour Coordinator / Tourism & Hospitality

Powerboat Charter, a brand of Powerboat Italia, organizes private sea experiences in the Gulf of Naples with company-owned yachts and an international clientele.

We are looking for a person to join our company and support the organization and management of Private Boat Tours to Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Ischia, and Procida, as well as relations with America’s Cup teams for the management of their guests on board our boats.

​

The selected candidate will work alongside the team in the operational and commercial management of these experiences, taking part in all activities required for the organization of the tours.

​

Main responsibilities:
• managing client inquiries and first contact by email or phone
• planning Private Boat Tour itineraries
• handling special client requests
• coordinating with skippers and crews
• preparing the boats and organizing onboard services
• booking land-based services for clients, such as restaurants, special experiences, and tour guides
• liaising with hotels, travel agencies, America’s Cup teams, and tourism partners
• supporting social media management and online inquiries

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and organized person with a strong customer-oriented attitude, interested in the tourism, hospitality, and luxury experience sectors.

Main requirements:
• good or excellent command of English
• strong organizational skills
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• interest in tourism, hospitality, and luxury services
• ability to manage several tasks at the same time
• accuracy and attention to detail

​

Preferred qualifications:
• studies or educational background in tourism, economics, languages, or marketing
• knowledge of the Gulf of Naples area
• previous experience, even brief, in tourism or hospitality
• knowledge of a second foreign language
