Powerboat Charter, a brand of Powerboat Italia, organizes private sea experiences in the Gulf of Naples with company-owned yachts and an international clientele.

We are looking for a person to join our company and take command of our boats for the management of Private Boat Tours to Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Ischia, and Procida, including boat handling, guest relations, and guest comfort on board.

 

The selected candidate will work alongside the other skippers in the management of the fleet, also taking part in all activities required for the organization of the tours.

Main responsibilities:
• operating the assigned boat
• planning Private Boat Tour itineraries
• handling special client requests
• preparing the boats and organizing onboard services
• booking land-based services for clients, such as restaurants, special experiences, and tour guides

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and organized person with a strong customer-oriented attitude, interested in the tourism and luxury experience sectors.

Main requirements:
• boating license
• valid qualifications required to command the boats
• good or excellent command of English
• strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• accuracy and attention to detail
• professional and well-groomed appearance
• knowledge of the Gulf of Naples area
• experience in the sector

Preferred qualification:
• knowledge of a second foreign language
